Order Policies

Inventory shipments will be processed as ground freight and will ship within 3 business days, unless notified otherwise. No inventory shipments to international - all international orders of inventory shipments will be automatically replaced with digital product. Customers with specific delivery dates should call to place the order. Same day shipments must be received by 2 pm CST and are subject to a rush fee.

Inventory items with broken shrinkwrap, CD-ROM items, and download purchases are non-returnable/non-refundable.
